Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of a mission critical construction project from planning through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress reporting.
- Cook up coordination with subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to keep construction activities on track.
- Oversee quality, safety, risk management, and project documentation.
- Communicate project status and drive solutions to construction challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems.
- Experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Procore experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
