Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of products or computer-based systems from design to release for customers.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
• Excellent leadership skills to assign and monitor the work of project/program management staff while providing technical support and direction.
• Capable of selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Pay

$42.50 - $55/hour
