About the role
The New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Project Manager will support the NSI Portfolio Manager in coordinating, tracking, and reporting on a portfolio of technical projects. This role provides project status visibility, maintains key documentation, prepares portfolio reviews, analyzes project data, and facilitates collaboration across engineering, strategy, project management, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the NSI Portfolio Manager with portfolio-level project management activities.
- Track and communicate NSI project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Maintain and archive NSI documentation, including DR/PR and Gateway Review materials.
- Prepare materials and reporting for NSI Portfolio Reviews.
- Perform data mining, extraction, and analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Present reports, findings, and project insights to business partners and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings with cross-functional business partners.
- Analyze technology requirements, resource needs, market demand, and project feasibility.
- Support the NSI Portfolio Manager with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project coordination activities.
Typical Tasks
- Provide NSI project status tracking and reporting.
- Archive NSI DR/PR and Gateway Review documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and support materials for NSI Portfolio Reviews.
- Perform data mining and data extraction using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze project data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Present and explain reports and findings to clients and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings with various business partners.
- Track project actions, milestones, and deliverables.
- Analyze technology and resource requirements to support project planning.
- Evaluate market demand and project feasibility.
- Provide additional project and portfolio management support as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within a technical environment.
- 4-year degree in a STEM-related field preferred.

Pay
Pay rate: $42.00 - $43.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
