For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Project Procurement Manager to drive complex capital programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. This role works across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital projects from FEL-1 through project closeout
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies supporting capital projects and regulatory initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage project risks and ensure successful execution
  • Manage competitive bidding, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards
  • Implement contracting strategies based on project scope and requirements
  • Drive procurement performance by reducing lifecycle costs and improving supplier performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders as the primary procurement liaison

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Engineering or Technical degree preferred
  • 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial contracting experience
  • 5+ years supporting capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, refining, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
  • Experience supporting capital projects exceeding $5M
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations and manage commercial risk across various scopes
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for managing project data and procurement metrics
  • Willingness to adhere to Chemours Core Values and procurement procedures

Pay

$126,067 – $196,980 annually
