We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract.
About the role: The first paragraph describing role: "Dematic is seeking a Procurement Projects Lead...". That's about the role. So we can have
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract.
About the role: The first paragraph describing role: "Dematic is seeking a Procurement Projects Lead...". That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that description. Responsibilities: The list of tasks under "Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You will do in The Role:" includes many bullet-like sentences. We can put them in
- . Should we separate responsibilities vs qualifications? The posting lumps tasks and qualifications together. But we need to separate sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to parse content accordingly.
We have tasks (responsibilities) and then "What We Are Looking For:" which includes qualifications: Bachelor's degree, certifications, experience, skills, etc.
Thus:
Responsibilities: list of duties from "Act as the Single Point of Contact..." up to "Travel required...".
Requirements: maybe education? Usually requirements are degree, certifications, experience. Could be under Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe certifications preferred? But we can treat Requirements as education/experience, Qualifications as certifications/skills? However we need to avoid thin sections. Better to combine? But instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, certifications), Skills (maybe Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Teams), Benefits (they list Career Development, Competitive Compensation and Benefits, Pay Transparency, Global Opportunities), Pay (they give base pay range), Schedule (travel required up to 25% and hybrid remote/in-office). That seems substantive.
We must not include placeholder text. All content must be preserved.
Let's extract each.
About the role paragraph: "Dematic is seeking a Procurement Projects Lead to join our successful team. This prominent role requires working closely with Procurement Regional Category Leads, Project Management, Engineering, Solutions Development, Finance, A/P, Quality, and others. The goal is to develop, communicate, and implement outstanding strategies for projects that achieve timely completion, reduce risk, support revenue growth, and increase savings. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Procurement professional to manage significant spending for key customers while helping us grow. At Dematic and KION, our talent is key to creating the magic of supply chain solutions. As part of a global community of communities, you’ll help orchestrate intelligent logistics that power the future of commerce. Here, you can push your career forward in an environment built on collaboration, growth, and real-world impact. Push it Forward — apply today."
We can keep that as prose.
Responsibilities: list each duty sentence. Let's extract from "Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Project team to the Procurement organization." to "Travel required to Company and Project sites up to 25% of time as well as a hybrid of remote/in-office working time."
We need to split into list items. Ensure we keep all details.
List:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Project team to the Procurement organization.
- Support Project Success and BU Goals by contributing to a Safe project. Deliver on schedule and budget. Monitor and control supply risks. Ensure compliance, optimize efficiency, and maintain quality.
- Review and approve the Resale scope, budget, and schedule for assigned Projects.
- At Project Handover, ensure the full baseline is understood and begin development of Procurement Plan to actively manage throughout the Project lifecycle.
- Attend weekly project and risk management meetings to fully understand project scope, procured content with ‘as-is’ risks, and installation schedules with critical achievements.
- Lead weekly project meetings to review Procurement Plan, Tracker, and Command Center data.
- Collaborate with sourcing Category teams to identify qualified sources of Resale equipment to develop the Project sourcing plan.
- Prepare Resale project requirements content sheet for Category teams to fill in the project sourcing plan.
- Communicate supplier lead-times to establish equipment “just in time” order dates to ensure equipment is ordered with sufficient time to enable timely supplier deliveries to project schedule.
- Guide the Delivery Assurance and Tactical Procurement team on project-specific expediting, ensuring supplier delivery dates are met, and synchronizing SAP delivery dates with the project timeline.
- Participate in Gate review meetings and show Project Procurement preparedness. Notify the team of any Procurement-related concerns.
- Conduct supplier gate reviews (based on content/risk) with key/critical suppliers per checklist.
- Track negotiated resale savings (net of increases) to determine Procurement savings – this includes comparing “as-sold” Resale content budget compared to resale purchase actuals. Work with Project Finance for alignment.
- Perform as the main Procurement liaison between Project Management and Engineering for project-related activity.
- In the post-project assessments, lead a Procurement Lessons Learned meeting with the Project Team and devise proactive responses to supplier-related challenges for future projects.
- Align with Business Unit Program Management project support structure, as well as large customer accounts.
- Travel required to Company and Project sites up to 25% of time as well as a hybrid of remote/in-office working time.
That seems fine.
Requirements: Education and experience: "Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field." plus "5-8 years of relevant project-based Procurement experience." Also maybe "Certified Professional Supply Management (CPSM) preferred and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred." That could be qualifications but we can put under Requirements.
We could separate: Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5-8 years relevant project-based Procurement experience.
Qualifications: CPSM preferred and/or PMP preferred; Strong communication and presentation skills; Operates with minimal business direction; Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement processes and driving business results through influence and leadership; Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Preferred experience in SAP and MS Teams; Embodies KION Group Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Courage, and Excellence.
Skills: maybe Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Teams. But we already have skills in Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications & Skills. But instructions say we can use those headings if content exists. We have content for Qualifications (certifications, experience, values) and Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Teams). Could make two sections.
Benefits: They list: "We offer: Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here: https://www.dematic.com/en-us/about/careers/what-we-offer". So we can capture those as bullet list.
Pay: base pay range $76,500- $112,000 annually. Also note final compensation determined by factors. That's specific.
Schedule: Travel required up to 25% and hybrid remote/in-office. Already included in responsibilities but we can also put in Schedule section. However we must not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication but better to avoid redundancy. However we already have travel in responsibilities; we could keep it there and not create Schedule section if it's redundant. But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Travel is mentioned; we could put it under Schedule. But then we would have duplication if we also keep in responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we could move travel bullet to Schedule and remove from responsibilities. But responsibilities list includes many items; removing one may be okay but we lose that detail from responsibilities. Better to keep travel in responsibilities and not create Schedule section (since it's covered). However they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state travel and hybrid, so we could create Schedule section with that detail, and we could keep responsibilities without that bullet. But we need to preserve all info; moving it is fine as long as it's present somewhere. Let's decide to create Schedule section with travel/hybrid, and remove that bullet from responsibilities to avoid duplication. That preserves info.
Now Benefits: list items.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown.
Let's craft:

Check we didn't repeat job title heading. Good. Check we didn't include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check we preserved all substantive info: About role paragraph, responsibilities list (minus travel), requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule. Did we miss any detail like "We offer: Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here: https://www.dematic.com/en-us/about/careers/what-we-offer". We included benefits but omitted the link. The link is part of benefits? It's a "Learn More Here:" URL. Should we preserve? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive. We could include it as a link in benefits section. Could add - Learn More Here . Or include as plain text. Let's add a list item with the URL. Also we missed the line "We offer:" preceding benefits. Not needed. Also we missed "Push it Forward — apply today." That's in about the role paragraph we included? We included "Push it Forward — apply today." Yes we included at end of about role paragraph. Check we included "At Dematic and KION, our talent is key to creating the magic of supply chain solutions. As part of a global community of communities, you’ll help orchestrate intelligent logistics that power the future of commerce. Here, you can push your career forward in an environment built on collaboration, growth, and real-world impact. Push it Forward — apply today." Good. Check we included all responsibilities except travel. Let's verify we didn't miss any other responsibility like "Support Project Success and BU Goals by contributing to a Safe project. Deliver on schedule and budget. Monitor and control supply risks
