Project Planner (Estimator)

Core Responsibilities

• Collaboration across preconstruction and operations teams to develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules
• RFP document review and subcontractor / supplier scope of work creation
• Design review & takeoffs (when necessary)
• RFP & bid sheet development and communication to subcontractors & suppliers
• Providing project cost estimate presentations to operations and senior management team
• Compiling & evaluating proposals to develop execution plan
• Meeting with top bidders and ensuring full scope of work coverage
• Project estimate creation, ownership, and presentation
• Support operations with budget development, subcontractor and supplier relationship management, and procurement of equipment and services for projects

Qualifications

• Must be a comfortable managing external and internal relationships
• Must be a problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Must be able to travel 25-40% of the time to support the team as needed
