Project Officer II

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee detailed project plans for large-scale construction projects.
• Cook up all phases of project execution, from initiation through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports; review invoices and change orders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, schedules, and records.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and promote best practices in project management.

Top Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects from planning through completion.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating contractors, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• 10+ years of experience conducting site inspections, safety reviews, and progress evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, practices, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
