About the role
Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including engineering, construction, and maintenance
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including client, regulatory bodies, and contractors
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with sustainable infrastructure technologies and practices
- Knowledge of green building certifications like LEED, BREEAM, etc.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
