Project Mechanical Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including engineering, construction, and maintenance
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including client, regulatory bodies, and contractors
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with sustainable infrastructure technologies and practices
• Knowledge of green building certifications like LEED, BREEAM, etc.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
