Key Responsibilities
- Service tickets — receive, organize, track, and update customer requests
- Ticket records — maintain accurate information across tracking systems and spreadsheets
- Warehouse work — log, organize, and communicate incoming project materials
- Client schedules — coordinate resources for service tickets and project needs
- Field resources — provide foremen and technicians with required project information, access, equipment, and materials
- Project coordination — support Project Managers, field foremen, customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Project documentation — maintain spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and administrative records
- Equipment tracking — monitor materials entering and leaving the warehouse
- Customer communication — provide updates on service requests, equipment, scheduling, and projects
- Project support — assist 1-5 Project Managers as responsibilities expand
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required - travel costs covered
- Micrsoft Excel proficiency required
- Micrsoft Teams proficiency required
- Micrsoft Word proficiency required
- 2+ years of project coordination, project administration, construction, wireless, or related support experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Security, AV, wireless, construction, or systems integration experience
- Wireless service coordination experience
- Equipment and material tracking experience
Work Environment & Travel
- Onsite work — downtown Chicago warehouse and office environment
- Schedule — Monday-Friday, 5 days per week onsite
- Travel — project-related travel as needed
- Vehicle access — required for project-related travel
- Travel expenses — covered by the company for approved project travel
