Project Managers

About the role

Owners project management firm is seeking project managers with experience managing the design and construction of large university projects, such as dormitories, athletic facilities, student centers, and academic buildings.

Responsibilities

• Managing the design, construction, and occupancy of projects
• Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules
• Managing projects in a multi‑stakeholder, demanding end‑user environment
• Managing multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

• Experience successfully managing design and construction projects on behalf of a university as either an employee or a consultant
• Managing the design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $50 million

Qualifications

• Additional consideration for candidates with more extensive experience managing projects for institutional owners
• Additional consideration for candidates with experience managing projects over $100 million
• Resumes should include information about individual projects, including scope, the candidate’s role, and the project’s dollar value (in the resume body or as a separate project list)
