Project Manager - Zoning
About the role
Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Zoning/Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years of experience with zoning and planning reports within the due diligence industry.
Responsibilities
- Compose correspondences and zoning/planning reports
- Review completed reports
- Provide technical expertise to zoning staff
- Affiliate with the Director in day-to-day management
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google and GIS Mapping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work within a team environment
- Able to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Zoning, Urban Planning, or related fields
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience working with/and/or preparing zoning/planning reports
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and the computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
Pay
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
