The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow specific rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: **About the role**: The first paragraph describes the PM role - this is "About the role" content. **Responsibilities**: There's a "Responsibilities" section with bullet points - perfect for

    • **Qualifications**: There's a "Qualifications" section with bullet points - this maps to "Requirements" or "Qualifications" heading. The posting says "Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualification". I'll use "Qualifications" as the heading. **Benefits**: There's a "Benefits" section with specific content - "Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits. Paid Time Off (PTO) is offered to regular full-time and part-time employees." **Pay**: There's "Pay Range 175,000 to 195,000" - this is specific, so include Pay section. **Schedule**: There's "Work Type On-Site" - this could be Schedule or Work Type. The rules mention "Schedule" as a possible heading. I'll include it. **Job ID**: "Job ID 2026-25410" - minor metadata, fold into a short

or drop. I'll include it in a brief metadata paragraph. **Company Description**: This is boilerplate/about the company - the rules say remove boilerplate, but this is company description. The rules say "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Company description might be considered boilerplate. But it's specific to this company. However, the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". The company description is substantive about the employer. But the rules also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." I think I should include it as "About the company" or similar, but the allowed headings are specific: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About the company" is not in the list. The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The "e.g." suggests these are examples, but likely they want only these. I'll include company description as a paragraph under "About the role" or separate? Better to include as a short paragraph at the end or beginning. But the rules say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Project Manager (PM)". The first paragraph is about the role. I'll create an "About the role" section with that paragraph. Also note: "This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed." This is important info, maybe include in a "Note" or in "About the role". I'll include as a paragraph. Now structure: - About the role: first paragraph + contingency note - Responsibilities: list from Responsibilities section - Qualifications: list from Qualifications and Preferred Qualification sections (combine) - Benefits: list from Benefits - Pay: pay range - Schedule: work type on-site - Maybe a brief metadata paragraph for Job ID But the rules: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". All these have specific content. Now, for Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualification". I'll combine into one list, maybe separate required vs preferred? But the rules say use
      • for any list. I'll make one list with all items, maybe indicate preferred in text. Better to keep as two sub-lists? But heading is "Qualifications". I'll include both required and preferred as list items, noting which are preferred. Similarly, Responsibilities are already bullet points. Benefits: one paragraph with list of benefits. I'll convert to list items. Pay: just the range. Schedule: "On-Site". Job ID: include in a short paragraph at top or bottom. Let's craft HTML. First, a short paragraph for metadata: Job ID and maybe work type? But work type is schedule. I'll put Job ID in a paragraph. Then sections. I'll write:

        Job ID: 2026-25410

Salary range: $175,000 to $195,000 per year

        Schedule

        On-Site

I should not include the company description as it's boilerplate. The rules say remove boilerplate. The company description is about the company, not the job. It's likely considered boilerplate. I'll omit. Also, the "Work Type On-Site" is captured in Schedule. Now, ensure no markdown code fences, just HTML fragment. Check for any duplicate or missing info. The posting also says "Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program..." I've captured. Pay range: "Pay Range 175,000 to 195,000" - I added dollar sign
