PROJECT MANAGER (WITH FINTECH EXP.)
About the role
We are looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end delivery, work with distributed cross-functional teams, and serve as the key link between client expectations and internal execution. You will lead client engagements, ensure operational alignment, and support both financial health and long-term relationship growth. Most of the projects you will manage will be in the FinTech domain, requiring high attention to detail, security, and compliance standards. New projects are coming, so we are looking for a PM to join several of them. These can include discovery phases, outsourced FinTech projects built from scratch, or solutions based on our DashDevs product — FintechCore, a configurable white-label FinTech platform. Depending on project size and complexity, you will typically manage 2–3 projects simultaneously. As a PM, you will work closely with the Delivery Manager, who will support you in aligning project delivery with strategic project and company goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in Fintech software development projects
