Project Manager Winn Tile

Essential Functions

• Establish performance timelines, delivery criteria, and coordinate installers
• Contacting contractors, architects and designers to resolve issues with drawings or specifications after initial estimate
• Working with manufacturer representatives to determine special product needs or requirements
• Working independently and with fellow associates to determine necessary materials and quantities
• Reviewing construction documents and scope of work including specifications
• Resolving any issues and solving problems throughout the project life cycle
• Effectively managing project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms
• Tracking and reporting on project timelines, milestones, budgets and providing status reports to management
• Determining how results will be measured and completing a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved compared to estimate
• Acting as mediator between general contractor and Winn Tile employees

Job Specifications

• Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated ability to meet internal and external client commitments and timelines
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, resources and workload
• Extremely accurate and must be able to monitor own work & work of others
• Must be able to multi-task and manage competing demands and is able to manage multiple jobs/tasks simultaneously, with frequent changes, delays and unexpected events
