Project Manager - Water/Wastewater (Tucson)

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projectsExperience with underground utility construction, including waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains, and related infrastructureStrong understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contract requirementsAbility to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goalsExperience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnelAbility to review plans and specifications, identify potential conflicts, and develop practical solutionsStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and sequencing for water and wastewater projectsExperience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondenceAbility to develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with superintendents, foremen, field engineers, and project teamsKnowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management softwareAbility to travel to project sites throughout Arizona as neededValid driver's license required Rate varies based on experience We will only respond to serious inquiries from qualified Project Managers with water/wastewater construction experience.
