Project Manager - Water / Wastewater Pump Stations and Pipelines
About the role
The Project Manager will manage and support projects through planning, design, and construction phases. Project types may include water transmission pipelines, water pump stations, wastewater collection systems, wastewater pump stations, and related infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning studies and field alignment studies
- Cross-coordinating with sub-consultants and utility owners
- Preparing preliminary and final design documents
- Coordinating drawing preparation
- Developing technical specifications
- Performing office and field services during construction
- Directing production staff
- Supporting client management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineering license recognized by the NC licensing board
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred
- 5 years of water/wastewater project experience, primarily focused on pump stations and pipelines
- PE license in NC preferred
