Project Manager - Water Wastewater Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Oversee site development, water/wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and related civil scopes
• Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Lead change order management, pay applications, and RFIs
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
• Experience working on water infrastructure, site development, or municipal utility projects
• Proven track record in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and schedule performance
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, P6, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred

Pay

$115,000 - $140,000 per year
