What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects
- Manage projects end-to-end—ensuring scope, schedule, and budget success
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD professionals
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
- Prepare and review technical deliverables, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Persist with clients and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving forward
- Support and help win new work through proposals and client engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project delivery
- A strong foundation in project management and team leadership
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Solid technical expertise and a passion for delivering quality work
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
Pay
The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
