Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of wastewater and water infrastructure construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing self-performed water infrastructure construction
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Willingness to temporarily relocate or live near southern New Mexico
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
Pay
$135,000 - $145,000 per year
