About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Drinking Water and Wastewater Client team in our St Louis, MO office. You will lead project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. You will play an integral role in leading and mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You will be part of diverse multi-discipline teams, sharing knowledge and learning from others to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and win new work through strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Demonstrated understanding of one or all of the following drinking water treatment, reuse, and/or distribution, wastewater treatment, and/or treatment processes and technologies.
  • Multi-discipline design management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities.
  • Project management experience for water utility projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis.
  • Experience with industrial water.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
