Who are we looking for?

The Central US Water business is growing throughout Texas and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Work with a team to support client development and strategic growth of the business both locally and regionally.
  • Build credible relationships with clients, teaming partners, and the community.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance.
  • Coverage of project management, design management, coordination, and simultaneous task management.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to acquire within six months of hiring date.
  • Five to ten years of water/wastewater design experience in municipal water, wastewater, water resource, and/or conveyance projects in the Central US region; preference to experience in the Texas market.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, design management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in coordinating and simultaneously managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail, schedule, and budget.
  • Strong ability to present technical information, both written and orally, in a concise and professional manner; must have strong technical writing skills.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
