Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the most complex, high-risk, or "first-of-its-kind" systems from Sales hand-off through commissioning
• Account Growth & Advocacy: Act as a strategic partner to global customers, identifying opportunities for expanded scope and long-term partnership during the build cycle
• Advanced Financial Oversight: Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects. Analyze margin trends and implement cost-saving strategies across the project portfolio
• Process Optimization: Serve as a mentor to Level I-III PMs. Identify bottlenecks in our "Concept to Commissioning" workflow and champion process improvements
• High-Stakes Coordination: Orchestrate massive, multi-phase logistics and installation schedules that require precision timing across international borders and complex site conditions

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 12-15+ years of PM experience in capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or heavy engineering. Proven track record of managing $5M+ individual project budgets
• Education: BS in Engineering or a related technical field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Technical Authority: Deep understanding of stainless-steel fabrication, automation integration, and thermodynamics. Can troubleshoot complex issues alongside Engineering and Fabrication teams
• Certifications: PMP certification is required; Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification is a strong plus
• Expert Influence: Master negotiator. Navigates difficult conversations with C-suite executives and builds contingency plans to lead diverse teams through high-pressure timelines
• Strategic Adaptability: Keeps the organization on track

Pay Range

$154,300 - $168,000
