Summary This is an evergreen opportunity supporting upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. Project Managers oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Prior utility scale solar construction experience is required. This is not tied to a single active opening, and candidates will be considered as project needs arise. This is a home-based position with travel up to 50% based on project needs, with standard working hours Monday through Friday. Essential Job Function & Responsibilities Overall responsibility for all stages of million dollar+ construction projects Develop,manageandmaintainproject schedules and budgets throughoutprojectlifecycle. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations,identifyingpotentialrisksand implementing mitigation strategies. Track project progress, reporting, and key performance metricsCost reporting–Prepare reportsregardingthecurrent statusof a project to show estimated costs, revenues, and projecttimelineresponsible for project reporting to both internal and external parties. Maintain scopes of work,standardsand quotes from suppliersin accordance withon time, on budget approach. Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues, as needed. Required Qualifications Prior utility scale solar experience is required.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field5+ years of professional experience managing the performance of medium-to-large construction projects, including direct experience managing utility scale solar construction projects.ExperienceutilizingPM tools, organization and management of critical path and compliance documentation, and other deliverables. Able to read, analyze and understand design documents, blueprints, and Microsoft Project Schedules as well as Word,Exceland Outlook.
