To support our continued growth, we are looking for a project manager USA to lead the execution of luxury residential and commercial lighting projects across North America. You’ll ensure every fixture, outlet, and driver arrives is perfectly aligned with the design intent, schedule, and installation requirements. You’ll serve as the bridge between our design clients, sales, and production teams. You turn creative ideas into flawless installations and oversee the entire process, from first concept to final delivery. Ensuring precision, communication, and accountability every step of the way. What You Will Do Act as the primary contact for architects, designers, contractors, and distributors for assigned U.S. projectsLead the project lifecycle and oversee all phases of project execution: quoting, order approval, production coordination, shipping, and installation supportDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and proactively communicating any changesReview lighting schedules, drawings, and submittals to ensure product accuracy and technical feasibilityCollaborate with European production, logistics, and U.S. fulfillment teams (3pl, and 3rd party suppliers)Manage lead times, shipping logistics, and delivery sequencing for complex, multi-location installationsEnsure seamless integration between Odoo ERP workflows, logistics data, and project documentationWork closely with Sales Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate billing, payment milestones, and project reconciliationDeliver a white-glove client experience and maintain proactive communication with design clients and site teamsAnticipate challenges in timelines, site readiness, or substitutions and offer creative, technical solutionsCoordinate samples, submittals, and technical documentation for design approvalIdentify workflow bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvementsSupport continuous improvement across order-to-cash operationsUphold brand reputation through consistency, technical precision, and client satisfaction What We Are Looking For Bring 3–5 years of experience in project management, architectural lighting, or high-end interiorsExperience coordinating international shipments and multi-warehouse fulfillmentTo be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorshipCapable of managing multiple complex projects and vendor timelinesUnderstand technical drawings, lighting schedules, and electrical specificationsFamiliarity with UL/ETL compliance, driver specifications, and architectural lighting componentsStrong communication skills and confidence interfacing with architects, designers, and contractorsExperience with ERP and CRM systems (Odoo preferred), Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday, or Asana)Think like a problem solver and act like an owner, proactively ensuring nothing slips through the cracksAppreciate design excellence and the precision that defines the luxury architectural worldPassion for design, architecture, and the intersection of technology and craftsmanship What We Offer prado is a fast-scaling international company with the ambition to lead its marketGuided by a family-driven philosophy, you will feel quickly at home thanks to our warm work environmentYou’ll work in an inspiring team that encourages passion and excellence, where ambition and collaboration go hand in handThe role offers a challenging scope of responsibilities, with plenty of opportunities to learn and growWe offer a competitive salary package tailored to your experience and skills Interested?
