Project Manager US

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
