Project Manager - Transportation
We are seeking a Transportation Project Manager (PE) for our Greenville or Rock Hill, SC team. This role involves fostering our mission of creating safe, sustainable, and beautiful communities through transportation projects. The ideal candidate will lead design teams, assist with business development, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships in dynamic markets to drive business growth.
- Lead design teams in transportation projects, including roadway, drainage, traffic, and preservation design for DOTs, counties, and cities.
- Develop innovative construction staging strategies with contractors and clients.
- Manage and mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of South Carolina.
- 8+ years of highway design experience.
- Proven understanding of DOT design standards.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and team-building skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
