Responsibilities
- Manage roadway design projects for municipal and DOT clients, including reconstruction, resurfacing, safety improvements, and intersection redesign
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including municipal agencies and DOT, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service
- Lead the development of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports for roadway geometry, grading, drainage, and traffic features
- Supervise internal design teams and coordinate with subconsultants and specialists across disciplines (e.g., traffic, drainage, environment)
- Oversee permitting processes and ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT design standards
