Project Manager/Transition lead TS/SCI Full Scope Poly

Role Overview

The Transition Manager will oversee the transition of requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program. This role is temporary and essential during transition periods to ensure a smooth transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program.
• Oversee all aspects of the transition during transition periods.
• Meet weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues.
• Manage large-scale software applications transitions for enterprise-level applications.
• Must hold a TS/SCI W/FSP day 1 clearance and be certified as a Certified Scrum Master.

Requirements

• Master's Degree Required
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transitions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master
