About The Position

Tytanium Ideas, a digital marketing firm, seeks an operationally-minded, systematic team member who loves accountability. The role requires a bright, friendly person with strong communication skills to lead and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, inspiring others, setting a clear vision, and leading effectively.
  • Manage tasks and projects from an operational point of view, coordinating, rallying, and inspiring groups of individuals to action.
  • Promote teamwork, delegate tasks, resolve conflict, set goals, adhere to deadlines, and evaluate performance from all angles.
  • Communicate effectively, including listening, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate resources, budgets, schedules, and scope creep to ensure everyone is satisfied and has what they need to win.
  • Organize both personally and at the team level to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Manage risks proactively to deliver successful projects.

Requirements

  • Achieved associate's degree or higher.
  • Prior sales experience in client-related business, communications, public relations, sales & marketing, or a related field.
  • Read and understand the job description thoroughly.
  • Be excited about the position and have a clear understanding of your skills and goals.
  • Be a communications professional with previous experience in a communication-heavy role.
  • Show strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Obtain inbound marketing and inbound sales certifications within the first month on the job.
  • Have high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • Be competent in digital marketing, computer, and software skills relevant to the job.
  • Conduct within and outside the office while conducting business must be pristine.
  • Follow the company's culture code.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Do not have an ego or an advancement plan; instead, focus on a team growth mentality.
