About the role

The successful candidate will manage traffic projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet project goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee traffic engineering projects from planning through implementation
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare and present project reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with traffic simulation software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
