Project Manager Service

Responsibilities

• Affords full responsibility for tracking and managing project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinates the post-sale work order process for all assigned accounts/Account Executives.
• Reviews estimates for completeness, hours, materials, and subcontract dollars.
• Determines the necessity and scope for detailed drawings and initiates work with the Detailing department.
• Utilizes technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office to secure necessary information for work order processing.
• Maintains oversight of detail drawings to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Assigns labor and materials by department codes to all quoted and time-and-materials (T&M) work orders.
• Ensures a solid grasp of basic electrical requirements and woodworking techniques.
• Writes purchase order requisitions for direct purchase materials.
• Facilitates quality and final project meetings prior to shipment.

Requirements

• Associates degree and/or 5+ years of related project management experience required.
• Previous experience in trade shows or experiential marketing preferred.
• Displays strong financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Highly organized, flexible, and capable of working extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to travel to show sites to oversee installation and dismantling efforts, as needed.
