Project Manager | Tilt Wall Construction | Houston, TX

The Role

We are seeking a construction-focused Project Manager to join a growing team. This individual will act as a key operator, working directly with leadership and taking ownership of projects from concept through completion. This is a hybrid role (office + field) with significant autonomy and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from preconstruction through closeout
• Collaborate on: Site planning, design coordination, broker and stakeholder communication
• Lead permitting efforts independently
• Cook up with field teams and ensure successful execution
• Drive schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery

What You'll Bring

• Background with a General Contractor
• Strong experience in ground-up industrial construction
• Proven work on tilt-wall and/or distribution center projects
• Construction-first mindset (not purely administrative)
• Ability to work in a lean, high-ownership environment
• Comfortable handling permitting processes independently
