Project Manager-Thermal Generation

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Project Manager to drive complex thermal-generation programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for energy projects/programs.
• Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Support client relationship management and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and quality effectively.
• Identify and address project execution gaps in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior staff.
• Assist in business development activities and proposal support.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in power generation projects as Owner's Engineer or in detailed engineering/design.
• 5+ years of business development experience as 'seller-doer'.
• Expertise in project management, resource management, and scheduling practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel; advanced skills preferred.

Pay

$107,100 – $202,500 annually
