Responsibilities
- Lead internal testing phase of M3 machinery at BW’s plants according to testing procedures.
- Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.
- Coordinate work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
- Participate in MCR meetings to support the testing phase.
- Generate and maintain testing plans, as well as document all progress for project reporting.
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats.
- Interpret data and identify answers, navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Conduct root cause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.
- Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Principles.
