What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Project Lifecycle: From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you’ll manage packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M.
- Be the Client’s Go-To Expert: Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships.
- Cook up Cross-Border Coordination: Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.
- Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts.
- Lead with Confidence: Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
- Drive Results: Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Proven success managing complex capital equipment projects.
- Experience with packaging machinery in food or medical device industries is a big plus.
- Bonus points for working with European-based companies or multilingual teams.
