Project Manager - Systems Verification Team

Overview

This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and program management, with a strong emphasis on verification activities for capital systems with embedded software.

Day to Day

• Lead and manage the System Verification (SV) workstream for medical device programs, ensuring alignment with overall program goals
• Own and maintain the MS Project plan, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Cook up and run scrum teams, ensuring effective agile execution and delivery
• Facilitate regular program syncs (e.g., every 4 weeks) and provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Partner closely with the Program Manager to ensure seamless integration of SV activities within the broader program
• Take a lead role in SV execution, helping to drive technical and schedule decisions
• Identify resource gaps and help support the continued build-out of the verification team
• Ensure verification activities align with medical device regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

• BS in Engineering
• PMP Certification
• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Product Development background
• Process oriented - Six Sigma
