Project Manager-System Strategic Senior
Principle Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and manages system-wide organizational projects (greater than $5 million)
- Develops, leads, and manages projects utilizing project management methodology and tools
- Affirms, evaluates, and recommends technical and business solutions
- Develops, negotiates, and implements project prioritization processes
- Balances resource requirements to determine project staffing needs
- Supports the identification, implementation and sustainment of an industry standard project portfolio management process
- Oversees key project planning, execution and monitoring deliverables including timeline and cost
- Organizes, plans, estimates, and schedules assigned projects and tasks
- Forecasts, develops, and manages project capital and operating budgets
- May facilitate the development and management of return on investment analysis
- Evaluates vendor product offerings and leads selection process
- Facilitates the development, negotiation, and management of associated contracts
- Supports development of system-wide project tools and methodology
- Develops standards for project deliverables
- Identifies system standard project management tools and methodologies
- Mentors other leaders and project managers
- Coaches leaders and project managers on successful utilization of system standard project management tools and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, healthcare or related field
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 5+ years experience of project management in healthcare
- Project management professional or equivalent required
- Certified Associate in Project Management preferred

- Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
Pay Range
Pay Range: $44.64 to $61.76 per hour
