Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that improve communities.
• Engage in a variety of roles including administration, engineering, architectural design, finance, human resources, IT, marketing communications, project management, and field services such as surveying, construction monitoring, and materials testing.
• Contribute to the mission of improving the communities where we live and work.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in relevant fields.
• Passion for supporting the Appalachian region through professional work and community involvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in relevant fields preferred.
• Experience in relevant industries preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
