Project Manager/Superintendent
About the role
We are looking for a thoughtful, driven team member to help us build, remodel, and create beautiful spaces while providing a valuable partnership and positive experience for our clients. Our work primarily involves residential remodels, ranging from medium-sized repairs to full-house remodels, new construction, ADUs, house lifts, and occasional small commercial renovations. We also specialize in building recording studios and music spaces. A key focus of our company is sustainable, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly construction—we seek someone who shares this passion.
The majority of this role involves managing projects from start to finish once a Project Development Contract is signed. You’ll work closely with clients to solve problems, manage selections, and address details critical to project success. While you don’t need all the answers, knowing when to ask for help or research alternative methods is essential. Teamwork is central to our culture, and there will be times when everyone pitches in—whether with tools or a broom—to get the job done.

- Maintain updated change order logs and communicate changes to clients promptly.
- Keep client billings up to date.
- Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for early starts or later days as needed.
