Project Manager - Sugarlift

About the role

Sugarlift is a contemporary art consultancy based in New York City. We work with leading developers, architects, and interior designers to place site-specific art in prominent global projects, collaborating directly with today’s top contemporary artists.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client art projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate daily with clients, artists, designers, fabricators, and logistics partners
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
• Communicate promptly and professionally, including evenings or weekends as needed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience in interior design, art, or FF&E
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Calm and organized under pressure
• A genuinely service-oriented temperament
