Project Manager — Subsurface Utilities Exploration and Mapping

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the exploration and mapping of subsurface utilities in urban environments. Key tasks include site surveys, data collection, and coordination with utility companies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site surveys to identify and map underground utilities
• Collaborate with utility companies to obtain necessary permissions and access
• Collect and analyze data using advanced GIS software
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in subsurface utility engineering or related field
• Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
