Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects up to $20M.
  • Ensure project success from proposal/bidding process to job completion, focusing on exceeding client expectations and safety performance.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with various stakeholders including project teams, field personnel, and customers.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing substation and battery storage projects.
  • Experience with Project Management software such as Primavera P6, Unifier, etc.
