Project Manager, Structure Inspection

RK&K is seeking a Structure Inspection Project Manager to support the growth and delivery of our structure inspection practice in Virginia. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management experience, and a client-focused mindset to lead inspection projects, mentor staff, and support practice development. Responsibilities
- Manage bridge, tunnel, culvert, and ancillary structure inspection projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
- Lead inspection teams and oversee field activities, report preparation, and project deliverables for a variety of structure types.
- Prepare, review, and approve inspection reports, field documentation, and technical deliverables in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Apply inspection technologies and techniques, including UAS/drones, 3D modeling, and nondestructive testing, to improve project delivery.
- Coordinate with structural engineering staff to communicate findings, support load ratings, and develop recommended actions.
