About the role

Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineers.
  • Prepare and review design documents, specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Perform site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
  • Ensure project budgets are managed effectively and within scope.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with project management tools and software.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of building codes and standards.

    Skills

    • Structural Analysis Software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
    • AutoCAD or similar drafting software
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
