Project Manager, Sr.
About the role
Provides leadership to all Foremen, Lead Persons, and Installers while developing a strong, successful image for our customers and in the community. Works with Outside Sales Reps and the Regional Estimator to develop equipment lists and scopes of work for projects. Maintains relationships with customers’ field teams to ensure successful execution of assigned projects and to cultivate opportunities for future work.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with Foremen and Dispatchers to schedule daily tasks.
- Works closely with EH&S to ensure all safety policies are being followed.
- Establishes relationships with customers to ensure flow of communication and that expectations are met.
- Conducts daily reports to be sent to customers and the office regarding field activities.
- Evaluates projects for efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Promotes a positive company image by promptly addressing customer complaints and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly working environment at customer sites and Rain for Rent facilities.
- Conducts pre-work plan meetings to gain alignment with direct reports.
- Conducts performance reviews, issues development plans, coaching plans, disciplinary actions, and follows up to develop a thoroughly trained and motivated staff.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures; reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises employees as required or assigned by the branch manager.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including training employees, planning, dispatching, and directing work.
