Responsibilities
- Oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks.
- Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
- Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
- Must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.
- Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMP.
Requirements
- Required clearance: TS/SCI
- Required education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs. Must be PMP Certified.
