Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex projects and teams using project management methodologies
- Create detailed project planning documents, including Gantt charts and work plans
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding project status and updates
- Collaborate with business units to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze market trends and regulatory updates that may affect project plans
- Train staff on program objectives and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must pass a Department of Defense background investigation
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or teams
- Extensive experience with databases, Excel, SQL, and reporting tools
- Experience in business and operational planning and process improvement
