Key Responsibilities
- Define, document, and validate business process requirements for the sourcing tool in collaboration with the Procurement team and key stakeholders.
- Gather and consolidate requirements across all user groups (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Business Units).
- Develop and maintain the project plan, milestone tracker, RAID log, and status reporting cadence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between RV Tech and the tool vendor or implementation partner.
- Cook up and manage system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers as needed.
- Support change management activities including stakeholder communications and training coordination.
- Document standard operating procedures and user guides for the new sourcing tool.
- Ensure the tool is ready for go-live and that post-implementation support plans are in place before engagement concludes.
