Project Manager (Software Development)

Contract resource for the State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).

About the role

The project manager will act as the project manager for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Alerts Phase 3 Project. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency with the State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE) practices and procedures, investment management and systems engineering methodology (SEM), performing long-term release planning based on organizational direction, regularly interacting with project management teams for status of budget, quality, and schedule, escalating issues and risks as needed to executives, and exercising project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.
