Project Manager | Small-Format & Large-Format Digital Printing

Artisan Colour, a commercial printer and marketing fulfillment company in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee small- and large-format digital printing projects. You’ll serve as the main contact for our production floor team and ensure our customers’ visions become stunning printed realities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client communication pro: address inquiries, maintain project momentum, and turn challenges into successes for customers.
• Create comprehensive estimates covering materials, production, and delivery logistics.
• Guide projects from start to finish, coordinating with in-house teams and external partners.
• Perform final quality checks on all work before it leaves the facility.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings, documenting key points and keeping the team synchronized.
• Handle invoicing, credits, and budget analyses to keep projects financially on target.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; readiness to master our MIS system (Print IQ experience a plus).
• Comprehensive understanding of small- and large-format printing processes.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct minor imperfections.
• Proven customer service skills, transforming potential issues into positive outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clients, team members, and vendors.
• Proven track record in print production management or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Additional education or certifications in print production or project management are valuable.
